Assignment 8

(10 points) Singing Gregorian Chant (Requires some musical background)

A.    Use the recordings on the site and make your own recording of the priest’s chants for one (or more) of the following:

The recordings should be made in .MP3, .wave or any other format that will be readily played on Itunes or Windows Media Player.  They can be submitted by attaching them to required paper (below) and submitting them both in the assignment dropbox.

 

B.  Write a short paper- 100-200 words - describing what you learned from the experience.

A.   Make a recording of selected Ordinary/Proper chants.  You can sing chants of your choosing or ask me for suggestions, but I must approve the final list.  The chants should have one each of the following chants:
